Whilst not supporting clients during issues and incidents, Pharos spends much of its time delivering training for clients in health & safety, crisis media spokesperson, incident and crisis management.
However, this time, it was our turn!
The Pharos team recently spent three days at Whitemoor Lakes activity centre during which time the vast range of incident management experience was shared between each other, further developing systems and support for clients when they need it most. The Incident Managers were also put through their paces during a number of simulated incident calls from external actors.
It wasn’t all work though, there was still plenty of time for team building activities and high rope challenges!
