Client confidentiality is paramount. When a critical incident happens we are often party to their most sensitive information and we respect this trust fully. This is why we do not post updates of incidents we have been supporting.
During peak periods we may receive multiple calls per day (or night!) to support incidents that have just happened. Below is a selection of incidents that we have sanitised sufficiently to protect our clients (and their clients’) anonymity along to provide a flavour of the work we do.
