The Pharos office team will be operating normal office hours until 5pm on 23rd December 2021.  The office will reopen at 0830 on 4th January 2022.  However, if you are a 24/7 Response client, you will always be able to reach the incident management team 24/7 right over the Christmas break. Please be sure to use your client specific emergency number, not the office line.
