The 24/7 Pharos service
The PHAROS RESPONSE 24/7 support service provides a lifeline for small businesses in the event of a critical incident. Water Skills Academy and Pharos have connected to make this highly valuable service more affordable to smaller organisations such as typical WSA Members.
This WSA discount applies to the 24/7 ‘silver’ service which enables you to reach immediate telephone support to help manage major incidents or emergencies. Pharos incident managers typically have a uniformed services background combined with experience of working in adventurous activities, travel and with young people. They have seen most incidents before so they are well placed to provide immediate practical containment advice.
The Incident Manager who you will speak to will also be able to initiate specialist incident intervention services 24/7 as required in your specific situation. These services can include crisis PR support, social media monitoring and advice, strategic incident management mentoring, trauma counselling, health and safety counsel and incident investigations. In general, the Pharos team also provide an experienced guiding hand and great moral support when you really need it.
