Crisis Spokesperson and Safeguarding training courses - Adventure & Youth Sectors

Safeguarding Young People Training

Your organisation’s safeguarding duties are arguably the most important, so ensuring your safeguarding leads and deputies are compliant with current legislation is paramount.

This CPD accredited course provides refresher training for DSLs/DSOs in the youth and adventure sectors. Delivered in a highly innovative way using professional actors to bring real world safeguarding scenarios to life. Tailored for those in the youth and adventure sectors working with young people in out-of-school settings, it provides an essential insight into the current legislation, highlights issues to be aware of, provides practical guidance as to the role and legal duties and crucially, provides the opportunity to practise responding to safeguarding situations.
