Pharos wins contract for nationwide NCS incident support 2015


National Citizen Service success
Since June 2014, Pharos Response has been providing 24/7 incident reporting and support services to the National Citizen Service’s (NCS) delivery nationwide, representing approx. 60,000 young people. As the NCS delivery season for 2014 has drawn to a close, we are now working with the NCS Trust to further enhance the NCS incident support provided to residential partners, activity providers and all the various organisations involved in the task of safely delivering a highly rewarding and developmental experience for 16-17 year olds.
This exciting contract appointment followed our support of specific NCS regions through Serco/NCS Network during 2013-4, which included 24/7 incident reporting, incident support and crisis management planning and training.
